HEY EVERYONE!
sorry i didnt blog in the morn..
there was a prob with the internet connection in my hse...
anyway, the list of juniors has already been sent out!!!
plse call them up asap and tell yixiang who's coming and who's not, as well as who is not contactable.
anyways, here's what the SCs went through on Wed, during the briefing
*Know where members are at ALL times(there will be a K.I test on Monday, so ogls plse take note)
*Safety of the freshmen is of utmost importance
*
Each Subog is to Carry at least 3 1.5litre bottles at all times*Proper footwear during all activities(that means, no one goes barefoot!)
Mass dance@ Suntec =>6th Feb(friday)Safety - Do not Jaywalk or use the main roads to cross to the Fountain Plaza
- Do not run around in the mall nor disturb the Shoppers
- Do not lean against the railings
Security- Be mindful of your own belongings
Trash-
Bring along Trashbags(at least 1 a subog); do not use existing trashbins there(throw the rubbish into the bigger bins) - Clear any trash lying around before you vacate the area
Loitering- Do not loiter at the roundabout staircase leading to the Fountain Plaze
Calling up Freshmen- their contact list is already in you email
-Call them up individually *tell them 1) Time(8am), Venue(concourse), Attire to report(Secondary school full uniform) 2) Pack light, bring along water bottle, money for: Lunch/School uniforms/P.E attire/Opacs(Bags will be placed in front and behind the hall-Additional Instructions
* Opacs priced at $22- Shoebag, 2 Tshitts, 1 Lanyard, 1 PVC waterbottle, 1 towel, 1 disposable
raincoat
* Collate P.E attire sizes on day 1; Collect for your subog
*2 OGs per day allocated to purchase school uniforms in the bookshop at their own
time(Oring buys on the third day)
* Take extra care of the new hall floor, even during walk-ins
* Asssembly everyday-Be in FULL SCHOOL UNIFORM
*Friday-Class picnic
OGL attires for all 5 days: 1)Yellow Orientation tee, 2) P.E attire, 3) White Orientation tee(this year's) 4) House tee 5) Yellow orientation tee(for mass dance at night)Freshmen attires for all 5 days:1) White Orientation tee 2) Sec schP.E attire 3) VJC P.E attire 4) Sec School P.E attire 5) Yellow orientation tee(for mass dance at night)Note:freshmen to be in their full secondary school uniform for assembly
Game Master's briefing

Day 1: School tour
day 2: Station games
day 3: Cluedo and CCA walkabout
day 4: Wet dames
day 5: sea carnival and mass dance
CluedoL apper containing questions willl be passed to us
- prod them to ask the correct questions
-Facilitate group discussion(dont let one person simply take the lead)
game masters to meet 11:30 @ gym alley on the day of your activity to collect your logistics
Monday: game masters meeting
Dry games: 8:00 to 8:30
Wet games: 830 to 9:00
Safety must be kept in mind at all times, otherwise, game masters can minus points(it is okay to give them negative points)
Wet weather plan: Before games- report to gym alley as per normal and await instructions
During games- drizzling, proceed
-heavy downpour, report to hall to await instructions
